digipact provides bespoke web application development, digital marketing strategies, and ongoing technical maintenance. We treat every project as a high-performance software application. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms and our strict, high-quality engineering standards.
02/06
We believe in continuous evolution and frictionless support. Routine content updates, minor design tweaks, and maintenance tasks requiring up to 4 hours of engineering time per month are included entirely free of charge. Any complex feature requests, structural overhauls, or modifications exceeding this 4-hour threshold will be quoted and billed separately at our standard technical rate prior to commencement.
03/06
Clients must provide necessary brand assets, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication may affect the project timeline, launch dates, and marketing campaign rollouts.
04/06
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the client assumes full ownership of the final front-end design and visual content. digipact retains all rights to the underlying proprietary code, deployment pipelines, and edge-first infrastructure used to render and host the application.
05/06
Our services operate on a hybrid model designed for accessibility and long-term partnership. Engagement begins with a one-time initial setup fee of $300, followed by a flat recurring monthly subscription of $150. Monthly payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to maintain active billing may result in the temporary suspension of hosting and maintenance services.
06/06
While we engineer our infrastructure for enterprise-grade safety and automated DDoS protection, digipact shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss or third-party API downtimes.
